Garden of the Cats presents a weekend family affair for pet lovers, especially for those who favor the feline kind. The following are what you can expect to see at our event:
TICA-sponsored international cat show

Interactive contests
Raffle
And more
Garden of the Cats is a nonprofit animal welfare organization that strives to help animals in the Southern Colorado area through a variety of means. Portions of the profits from our event will be donated to local animal shelters and rescues. Become a part of our event that is sure to be a memorable experience for everyone.
Public hours:
Saturday, April 5, 2025: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday, April 6, 2025: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Setup time for vendors:
Friday, April 4, 2025: 5 p.m. To 8 p.m.
Saturday, April 5, 2025: 7 a.m. To 8:30 a.m.
Vendors must be able to complete breakdown and vacate the building by 6 p.m. Sunday, April 6, 2025. Enough time will be given to accommodate the need to breakdown your booth.
The event will be held at Under the Sun Training and Event Center, Colorado Springs, CO 80918. Vendors will be in with the TICA-sponsored international cat show. Cats will be present, so be mindful if you have a sensitivity to cats.
Payment is due with a submitted application/contract, which will be used to hold a space. In the event a space cannot be secured, a full refund will be issued. Notification of vendor acceptance will begin as soon as payment is received, via email. Space will be assigned on a first come/first served basis. Booth assignments will be finalized on or around April 1, 2025 and sent out by email.
Payment may be in the form of check or PayPal deposit, through PayPal account Gardenofthecats@gmail.com. Application and contract may be mailed with check to Garden of the Cats, 337 Lost Lake Drive, Divide, CO 80814. Checks should be made out to Garden of the Cats. Application and contract may be emailed to wolfpirateprop@aol.com, if payment is made through PayPal.
Pricing:
Exhibitor vendors: (Those who are also showing cats)
Vendors who are also showing cats shall receive a vending space at a discount. Space may become limited, so get your application in soon. Please note that the additional 2 feet in depth is meant to accommodate the benching of cats in your vendor space. Price is inclusive for both days.

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS

*Garden of the Cats is renting some tables and chairs, and these will first and foremost be for the cat show aspect of the event. Please make every attempt to bring your own tables and chairs.
REFUND POLICY
A full refund to vendors will be given if the promoter is notified by March 15, 2025. Vendors requesting to cancel after March 15, 2025 will receive a refund ONLY if the promoter is able to fill the booth space with another vendor willing to accept that space.
If the Retro Katz 2025 Cat Show cannot take place, in whole or in part, or is canceled by reason of an act or regulation of the Under the Sun Training and Event Center, or fire, riot, civil commotion, lockout or strike or failure of electrical or other technical facilities, acts of God or other occurrence outside the reasonable control of the Promoter (Force Majeure event), the Promoter shall refund the application payment. Alternate dates are not available to host the Retro Katz 2025 Cat Show in the event of such cancellation as facility rentals are made a year in advance.
