For a LIMITED TIME ONLY, we are offering coupons to use for show entries. These coupons will be retroactive from March 1st (end of Early Bird pricing) and expire on April 8th. (Use of coupons will not fall under the set prices for Early Bird Rates.) The coupons are designed to encourage cat entries by giving exhibitors who can take advantage of the coupons a special pricing.
Rules to use the coupon:
1. Exhibitor must enter for three days (Fri/Sat/Sun)
2. Only one coupon may be used per exhibitor.
3. Payment MUST be received before the coupon expires on April 8, 2022.
4. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor from this point forward (April 1, 2022) to use a coupon. We will only make adjustments for those who entered and paid their fees between March 1, 2022 and March 31, 2022.
5. Use of these coupons will not go below the Early Bird Rates.
Any exhibitor who enters the show using a coupon will see the Regular Entry rates reflected on their confirmation page. If you pay the balance before April 8, 2022, Garden of the Cats will refund the discounted difference via Paypal, if you are using Paypal.
Any exhibitor who has already entered the show between the dates of March 1-March 31, 2022 and has paid for their entries, who can take advantage of a coupon, will receive a discounted amount refunded through Paypal and a new TOES TICA confirmation page with the new Fees Amount and Fees Paid reflected.
Should you be able to take advantage of one of the coupons and not receive a discounted amount refunded please email me at wolfpirateprop@aol.com. Some coupons, such as new exhibitor, are not immediately identifiable as being applicable.
Remember, these coupons will end on April 8, 2022. This will end our entry promotion efforts, so take advantage of what you can.
COUPONS OFFERED FOR KITTY PROM 2022
1. New Exhibitors (use code NUEXIBITR): 15% off your entire entry fee (including grooming). A new exhibitor is someone who has never shown a cat before. (Expires April 8, 2022)
2. Bringing a New Exhibitor (use code BRINGNUEX): 10% off your entire entry fee (including grooming). A veteran exhibitor who brings along a new exhibitor (as defined above) shall be able to use this discount. So find a friend. (Expires April 8, 2022)
3. Two or more cats entered (use code MULTICAT): 10% off the difference between the first and second cat, then the second and third cat, and so on. (Expires April 8, 2022).
4. Staying at our secondary hotels, Hilton Garden Inn or Quality Inn & Suites (use code HOTEL). 15% off entire entry fee. These hotels were offered at a higher rate than our economical MCM Elegante Suites so Garden of the Cats is hoping to take some of the sting away with this coupon.
