Garden of the Cats presents a weekend family affair for pet lovers, especially for those who favor the feline kind. The following are what you can expect to see at our event:
Interactive contests Raffle
Our show will have an advertising push with print and television (news features) to draw in large crowds. Our seasonally themed event will appeal to local Colorado residents, while our kid friendly activities will draw in families.
Garden of the Cats is a nonprofit animal welfare organization that strives to help animals in the Southern Colorado area through a variety of means. Portions of the profits from our event will be used to create grants that will be available with local animal shelters and rescues for vaccinations, spay and neuter, and adoptions. Become a part of our event that is sure to be a memorable experience for everyone.

Setup time for vendors:
Friday, October 11, 2019: 9:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Saturday, Ocober 12, 2019: 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Vendors must be able to complete breakdown and vacate the building by 5 p.m. Enough time will be given to accommodate the need to breakdown your booth.
The event will be held Play It Now Sports, located at 5025 N. Academy Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80918. Vendors will be placed in the gym hosting a TICA sponsored international cat show.
Payment is due with a submitted application/contract, which will be used to hold a space. In the event a space cannot be secured, a full refund will be issued. Notification of vendor acceptance will begin as soon as payment is received, via email. Space will be assigned on a first come/first served basis. Booth assignments will be finalized on October 8, 2019 and sent out by email.
Payment may be in the form of check or PayPal deposit, through PayPal account Gardenofthecats@gmail.com. Application and contract may be mailed with check to Garden of the Cats, 337 Lost Lake Drive, Divide, CO 80814. Checks should be made out to Garden of the Cats. Application and contract may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, if payment is made through PayPal.
Garden of the Cats has two options for vendors to advertise their products during and after the event. There is no requirement for vendors to take either option.
1. Garden of the Cats Cat Show Catalogue:
The TICA sponsored international cat show requires the host organization to publish a show catalogue for exhibitors. This show catalogue includes information about the entrant cats and other information. Advertisement is only part of the catalogue.

*Garden of the Cats must rent tables and chairs for our event, therefore, if you require table and chairs, we must rent additional ones to accommodate you.
JUDGING THE CAT COSTUME CONTEST
Vendors will be the impartial judges of the Cat Costume Contest, held on Saturday, at noon (or break in judging for lunch). Our costumed cats will be paraded through the vendors to be judged for the best costumed cats.
A full refund to vendors will be given if promoter is notified by September 12, 2019. Vendors requesting to cancel after September 12, 2019 will receive a refund ONLY if the promoter is able to fill the booth space with another vendor willing to accept that space.
